Little Rock, Arkansas (August 28, 2023) – Summit Utilities Oklahoma (Summit) is honored to be named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work in Oklahoma. This survey conducted by The Journal Record and Best Companies Group identifies, recognizes, and honors the best employers in Oklahoma that benefit the industry's economy, workforce, and businesses. Summit has received this honor for two consecutive years.

Oklahoma companies entered into a two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in the state. The first part evaluated each nominated organization's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the ranking.
